I’ve led People functions in growth-stage, PE-backed, and complex organizations, and I’ve seen the realities up close: too much to do, not enough structure, leaders stretched thin, and people decisions piling up faster than teams can keep up.
I’ve also seen what actually helps—and what doesn’t.
